We will cope with the Corona crisis
In this unprecedented situation, all of us at Biochem are concerned for the health and safety of our families, colleagues, customers and partners. Our hearts go out to those directly affected by the coronavirus and those facing strict measures to slow its spread.
We would like to inform you about how we are reacting to the situation in order to secure our and therefore your business.
We have implemented measures to protect the health of our employees and the ability to deliver our products to you.
Home office – we have asked our employees to work from home if possible to reduce the risk of infection. We also ask our employees to communicate with customers, suppliers and business partners via digital channels as much as possible.
Workplace safety – all employees required to be at work (e.g. quality control, production, logistics) apply strict hygiene protocols and maintain social distancing. These hygiene regulations and guidelines also apply to our partners who deliver and collect goods. We have introduced work schedules and split shifts to reduce social contact and the risk of infection as much as possible.
Deliveries of goods – we are doing everything we can to continue to supply you. We have increased our inventory of raw materials and finished products to ensure a continuous supply of animal and food production. We are in constant contact with our logistics partners in order to be able to react quickly to any changes in capacity in the transport sector.
Events – we are postponing our face-to-face events and seminars and holding video conferences and web meetings instead.
In this unprecedented situation, we will actively contact you if we can provide you with additional support. If you have any questions about Biochem's COVID-19 measures, please contact your contact person or email us at info@biochem.net .
