The 25th edition of the Casablanca Poultry Show "Dawajine 2024" from December 03 to 05, 2024 at Mohammed VI Exhibition Center in El Jadida, under the theme: "Human capital, key to the development of poultry farming in Africa". Dr. Susanne Rothstein holds a background in agricultural science with a focus on animal nutrition from the University of Bonn. She completed her PhD at the University of Göttingen, where she researched insects as an alternative protein source for fattening pig and broiler nutrition. Since 2019, Dr. Rothstein has been part of Biochem’s team, serving as the Global Product Manager for Organic Trace Minerals. In this role, she supports customers around the world as a trusted expert in organically bound minerals.
