Nutrient Release

Product Description.

Poultry requires a balanced diet for optimal growth and production. However, many of the feed ingredients commonly used in poultry diets contain anti-nutritional factors that reduce nutrient digestibility. This results in reduced feed efficiency, lower animal performance and increased production costs.

A significant part of the nutritional value of a feed ingredient lies in its digestibility. TechnoZyme Multi is a blend of efficient enzymes specifically formulated for complex poultry diets and corn-soy based compound feeds. TechnoZyme Multi targets arabinoxylans, phytate, and trypsin inhibitors—compounds that inhibit digestion.

The four enzymes in TechnoZyme Multi—amylase, protease, xylanase, and phytase—have been shown to improve the nutritional value of poultry diets. Xylanase targets the arabinoxylan fraction of dietary fiber found in many ingredients, such as cereal and vegetable protein meals. Xylanase opens cell wall structures and reduces variability in the nutritional value of feed ingredients.

The phytase in TechnoZyme Multi breaks down phytate, releasing available phosphorus and reducing the formation of complexes that inhibit protein digestion. This reduces the need for inorganic phosphorus and calcium supplementation.
The addition of protease further increases protein digestion, particularly in soy-based diets, while the addition of amylase increases corn starch digestibility. The result? Maximized energy and protein digestion.

TechnoZyme Multi works to support the efficiency of endogenous enzymes and reduce antinutritive factors that limit protein digestion, improving overall nutrient digestibility and total energy value of the feed. TechnoZyme Multi makes the most of available feed ingredients!
