Product Benefits.

Modes of Action.

Our effective range of feed additives and dietary feed supplements are specifically selected and developed to support animal health and productivity.

Emulsification

Emulsifiers create micelles, which allows to combine water and oil-based liquids. Feed manufacturers see better pellet quality and capacity; animals gain better fat digestion.

Application Method.

Product Description.

Pelledur is an antimicrobial emulsifier designed to revolutionize feed processing. It is an innovative blend of ingredients to optimize the pelleting process. Pelledur reduces energy costs in feed mills while improving pellet quality, shelf-life, and hygienic properties. The esters of propionic acid and butyric acid in Pelledur exhibit antimicrobial activity and help stabilize the gut microbiota and promote overall animal health.

Pelledur’s monoglycerides have unique chemical properties that allow them to work independently of pH, making them effective in multiple environments—such as in water and feed and in the animal’s stomach and intestinal tract. This provides superior protection and performance over traditional organic acids.

Pelledur contains butyric acid, which increases animal performance, improves diarrhea scores, and stabilizes gut microbiota. Butyric acid also increases villous height in the lower intestine of broilers, contributing to improved daily weight gain.

Pelledur’s antimicrobial action stems from the ability of its monoglycerides to disrupt bacterial cell membranes, rendering them permeable and causing death. A secondary antimicrobial action is through the blockage of the bacterial glycerol transport system.

The emulsifier in Pelledur—glycerol polyethylene glycol ricinoleate—helps to improve water distribution throughout the feed. This results in reduced power consumption during feed grinding, reduced nutrient losses from excessive heating, and increased pellet hardness for superior pellet quality.

Incorporating Pelledur into your feed processing improves feed hygiene, saves energy, and helps produce high-quality pellets that promote improved animal performance, feed efficiency, and reduced feed waste. Pelledur takes your feed processing to the next level!

BetaTrace®: Securing the Future of Dairy Performance with Rumen Bypass Betaine.

Standard betaine is often lost to rumen degradation, limiting its ability to support transition cows when they need it most. BetaTrace® overcomes this challenge by complexing betaine with organic trace minerals, allowing it to bypass the rumen and effectively support liver health and metabolism. Discover how this dual-action additive increases methionine availability and boosts lactation performance while delivering essential minerals.
