Team Lead & Key Account Manager – Nordic, UK and Ireland (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Set targets, resolve day-to-day issues, and get involved with bigger customers about setting prices and developing the business.

  • Be an active part of the CE Management team with the other Team Leads.

  • Manage own customer base and develop the business with existing and new customers.

  • The Team Lead is responsible for organising follow-up on business issues like opportunities, forecasts, estimates, cost budgets, monthly meetings, etc.

  • Follow up on sales for the area.

  • Organise forecasts once per year and ensure estimates are delivered on time and adjusted to the best of our knowledge.

  • Take initiative to set up meetings to coordinate for the area

  • Develop plans to increase business in the area and manage resources to obtain the results.

  • Ensure that a Marketing Plan is created and followed for the area

  • Set objectives for the area, together with the TSMs

  • Be the first point of contact for the TSMs in Nordic, UK/Ireland

  • Work with H&R to obtain people skills, to develop the team over time, and improve the skills for further development in Biochem

Your Qualifications:

  • University degree in agricultural, nutritional, veterinary science, or similar

  • +5 years’ experience with B2B sales in agribusiness, animal nutrition, or the feed industry

  • Management experience is an advantage

  • Customer-oriented, proactive, opportunity seeker, organized, and structured

  • Strong communicator and team player

  • Good English skills

  • Willingness to travel – approx. 30-40 days per year
