Social Media Manager (m/f/d).

We’re on the hunt for a Social Media Manager who will turn our social channels into dynamic, engaging, and inspiring spaces that connect with the local communities in the Oldenburger Münsterland. In this role, you will be working closely with our HR and Communications Manager to strengthen our employee presence in the area.

This is an exciting part-time, permanent opportunity to test new ideas and tell our story to the broader local communities. In this role, you will belong to a diverse and hybrid team and report to the Head of Marketing. You will be located in our headquarters in Lohne.

Your Responsibilities:

• Crafting compelling content, including posts, videos, graphics, and stories that resonate with the local communities in the Oldenburger Münsterland and spark engagement.

• Collaborate and partner with teams across the organization—HR, Product Management, Sales, Production, and R&D—to uncover stories that resonate with potential employees (trainees, factory workers, and office workers).

• Participate in events (recruiting, sales, internal) to capture our vibes and turn them into social media content.

Your Qualifications:

• Hands-on social media experiences (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), ideally in an HR, CorpCom environment.

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and social media management tools like Meta Business Manager.

• Know your way around Microsoft 365, including SharePoint.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.

• Strong storytelling skills with a keen eye for newsworthy content.

• An interest in agriculture and animal husbandry.

• Confident team player and communicator across various levels of the organization.

• Proactive mindset – you challenge yourself and the team to find the best solutions.
