In office management, you are responsible for the day-to-day operation of the office. You write business letters, prepare meetings, and take on a wide range of administrative tasks. You process incoming mail, make sure there are always enough office supplies on hand, organize business trips, and prepare the conference rooms for meetings. Office management assistants are real jack of all trades and are the number one contact person at Biochem.
You have successfully completed secondary school or A-levels.
You are familiar with the common MS Office programs.
You are careful and precise.
You are not afraid to speak English (we are an international team).
You enjoy working in a team.
We offer a solid apprenticeship with high chances of being taken on.
